These Terms and Conditions of Pragmatic Play (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all members who access or use our website and platform. By visiting our site or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals may require additional time for security verification.

You can cancel a withdrawal request — as long as it has not yet been processed. Once cancelled, the funds will be returned to your gaming balance.

Pragmatic Play offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• A bonus can only be claimed once, unless the terms specify otherwise.

• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the specific game or event.

For live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are final — any subsequent changes will not affect your bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pragmatic Play and will result in permanent account closure:

• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

An account may be closed in two ways — at the user's request or at the discretion of Pragmatic Play.

Closed at User's Request: You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before proceeding with the closure.

Closed at Pragmatic Play's Discretion: Pragmatic Play reserves the right to close any account without notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activity.

Inactive Account: If there is no account activity for 12 months, the account will be considered inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.
